Request Description:
Their heating unit stopped working and it is a very old unit, older than 35 years. Because of this the warranty company and the maintenance company have been unsuccessful in finding a part which has delayed service. At this time the warranty company is willing to pay for a new one and cover cost and labor, however that will take an additional two weeks. This guardian of our member is elderly and has health issues, they are now all sick in the home and without warmth.
