Agape Villages is a licensed foster family agency placing children in foster homes in communities throughout Northern California. They accept referrals from California’s Department of Social Services, Child Protective Services and County Mental Health Departments. Agape Villages is also a licensed adoption agency, serving families, children and youth through the permanency of adoption.

The Institute for Children's Aid is a non-profit licensed agency that offers foster homes and services to Unaccompanied Children and Refugee Minors. They also provide services for international, domestic and foster adoptions.

Paradise Oaks is a Foster Family Agency (FFA) designed to create a safe environment for youth, where they have an opportunity at a more rewarding quality of life. Their goal is to match the needs of each youth in their care with placement in a nurturing environment.
