We are honored to partner with amazing Non-Profits throughout the Greater Sacramento Area. Please read about our members and visit their webpages to learn more about how they protect kids and strengthen families.

Acres of Hope provides a safe family environment and a healthy living program for women with children that sets the foundation of change and breaks the cycle of homelessness.

ASPIREKids builds resilience by providing access to extracurricular and normalcy activities to at-risk and low income children. To make this possible they partner with various youth and family service providers in El Dorado, Sacramento and Placer Counties. 

Blossom Place offers housing, support, and resources to young women aging out of the foster care system and other at-risk youth. Blossom provides information and skills to girls without the support of a family to not just live life, but to live it well, with purpose and joy.

California Alliance of Caregivers represents the voices of relative and non-relative caregivers to promote the well-being of children in foster care.

Camp Alta is a Christian camp and retreat center in pursuit of the profound. They believe in building true partnerships that offer mutual blessing and long to breathe life into others. Every day they strive to be consistently faithful and available to the path that God has for them. Their priority is to love, serve, and host well.

CASA Placer is a bridge between the most vulnerable in our community and caring individuals who want to help. They run the local Court Appointed Special Advocates program, where they hire and train volunteers within he community to advocate for foster children in the court, to prevent abused, neglected, abandoned and at-risk children from becoming lost in the Juvenile Dependency and/or Delinquency Court system.

Compassion Planet empowers aged-out foster youth and at-risk youth to overcome personal obstacles, achieve independence and reach their fullest potential.  They accomplish this through a one-year Mentoring Program which includes over 1,200 hours of life skills coaching, personal mentoring, group processing and work experience in trauma informed environments. Employment in their multi-site enterprises, such as Deer Creek Farm and Compassion Thrift, provide the essential building blocks to realizing their dream of independence.

Core Connectivity trains parents how to regulate the use of technology and create a family culture of trust, transparency and accountability. Through their training parents learn to impart the wisdom of their chosen faith in response to anxiety, bullying, addictions and sexual exploitation children experience online and in real life.

Delta Prevention exists to empower families by strengthening their skills and helping them build strong, healthy relationships, navigate stressful life challenges and manage communication and behavioral problems.

Destiny Community Center provides health and wellness resources to families in the Greater Sacramento community in the areas of Education, Arts, Family Care and Fitness. All classes and workshops are offered FREE of charge or at a discounted rate! Services are offered on-site at the center and throughout the Greater Sacramento region at local parks and school campuses.

Diversif-I Education Group is a nonprofit organization that exists for the empowerment of adults and their children in underserved areas within the Sacramento and Surrounding areas through enrichment, mentoring, encouragement, and educational programs. They currently offer mentoring programs, adult literacy programs, self-development programs, professional development programs, workforce development programs, health education classes, and financial literacy programs. Through our partnership with Kingdom University International, we also offer a 9-week Accelerated Executive Leadership Certificate program as well as an accelerated Associate of Arts in Business Administration degree program.

Today many men have grown up without their dad being active in the lives in a positive way, leaving them with a sense of abandonment, repressed anger and difficulty with faith in God. Forging Disciples exists to encourage and equip men to be Christ-like servant leaders in their home, church and community by expanding one on one discipleship in our region.

Fostering Success and Significance (FSS) is a nonprofit organization that works with former foster youth to help students navigate college and successfully transition into the workforce. They provide youth with scholarships, personal development books, mental health counseling, life and career coaching, advocates, and more!

Headquartered in the heart of Old North Sacramento, GraceCity Center is dedicated to serving Urban Youth and Families, through the Arts, Counseling, Education, Employment, and Outreach programs. Their drop in center is open Monday-Thursday 1-5pm. Resources available during this time include: free showers, laundry services, a clothes & hygiene closet, tutoring, youth classes and peer advocacy services.

The mission of the Heart Gallery of Sacramento is to improve the lives of children in foster care by promoting permanency and adoption primarily through a collection of portraits of children waiting for adoption or guardianship in Sacramento County. The portraits, which help to capture the spirit and personality of each child, are displayed within our community to raise awareness and recruit permanent adoptive families.

Heart to Heart is a ministry located in Roseville on the campus of Valley Springs Presbyterian Church. Their goal is to provide adoptive families in the Greater Sacramento area (domestic and international) with skills and resources as well as give them opportunities to build relationships with other adoptive parents facing similar parenting issues, thus preventing adoption disruption. Heart to Heart provides on going parent training and education with structured child care by trained caregivers free of charge. 

Hearts Landing Ranch restores lives through rescued horses. Their primary goal is to Build a Community to Reach a Community. Hearts Landing ministers to the needs of the hurting and broken using a ranch environment, gardening and horses to expose youth to the truth of God's love and purpose for their lives.  Check out this video to learn more.

Hope's Anchor, Inc. exists to encourage and support foster, kinship, resource and adoptive families and children, equip families with the necessary support to maintain or stabilize their current placement, educate area churches to the needs of foster, kinship, resource and adoptive children and families, and engage the church in service to these families. Hope's Anchor, Inc. also partners with local child welfare staff and agencies to further support and advocate for children and families in the juvenile dependency system.

Kelli's Cookies - For Goodness Bakes is a non-profit bakery that provides resources to foster and at-risk youth ages 18-24. They offer a mentorship program combined with employment opportunities providing job training and work experience in many areas.  Their mission is to mentor, employ and inspire foster and at-risk youth in the greater Placer and Sacramento regions, empowering them to achieve independence as well as financial and social prosperity. 

Mercy Multiplied is a nonprofit Christian organization that helps young women break free from life controlling behaviors and situations, including eating disorders, self-harm, drug and alcohol addictions, unplanned pregnancy, depression, sexual abuse, and sex trafficking. Their residential program is voluntary, biblically based, and completely free of charge to young women ages 13-32. Their goal is to help residents permanently stop destructive cycles, discover purpose for their lives, and become productive and thriving individuals.

The Parent Cooperative Community exists to serve and preserve adoptive families. Their mission at PCC is to provide the resources, training, and support necessary to cooperatively assist adoptive families with children whose histories of institutionalization, abuse, neglect and multiple placements have rendered them unable to benefit from the services of other more traditional community providers.

RiseAbove is a ministry dedicated to being the hands and feet of Jesus by reaching homeless youth, connecting them to services, survival supplies and stable housing.

Royal Family Kids Sacramento puts on a summer camp each year for children in the Sacramento County foster care system. The camp is free of charge to the children and foster parents and is made available through generous donations from the community. Royal Family Kids is run completely by volunteers, so all donations are used to fund camp and create life-changing experiences for the children.

Safe Harbor exists to help children go from hurt to hope & healing while preventing placement changes in foster care one child at a time. They assist kids by providing immediate access to comprehensive assessments and implementing services that will bring regulation.  The Safe Harbor team also provides family support to create the optimal environment for attachment and healing to occur.

Safe Refuge for Children and Families provides short term care for children of families in crisis. The main goal of the Safe Refuge Program is to keep children out of the foster care system and to help family units stay intact. Through temporary housing, church members can tangibly love their neighbors, practice hospitality, extend Christ-like compassion, and proclaim mercy to the most vulnerable in our communities.

Serve United exists to activate coordinated strategic service in communities and cities. They mobilize people to meet immediate needs and develop courageous, long term solutions that show measurable results year after year. This is accomplished by connecting believers to experts, information, inspiration (stories), training and action steps that create "life on life" service and interaction.  

Sierra Pregnancy + Health (SPH)is a no cost medical clinic licensed in the state of California. Since 1999, SPH has provided life-affirming care, practical help and resources to women. Today, it is their mission to provide physical, emotional and spiritual health care for women and families before, during and after pregnancy with compassion and in a timely manner. They believe every person is created in the image of God and has a purpose. SPH provides pregnancy testing, ultrasound confirmation, parenting and reproductive grief support. All services are provided with the highest level of respect for the woman, baby and family. SPH is a nonprofit funded 100% by donations.

Single Mom Strong is a nonprofit organization that exists for the empowerment of single mothers and their children through enrichment, encouragement and educational programs. They currently offer three events per month, an "Empowerment Workshop" (where resources are provided for the betterment of the single mother), a "Mother and Child Event" (where moms and their children spend quality time together) and a "Mom's Night Out" (a much deserved break for our single moms).

StudentReach exists to develop the potential of students through empowerment, coaching, mentoring, and volunteering.

Team Giving empowers the nonprofit community though volunteerism and connectivity. By matching the passion of their volunteers with the skill needed to complete needed projects and events, they help build capacity and strengthen families, neighborhoods and the region.

The Foster Project's goal is to see that all young people in the foster system receive the best care and transition into adulthood successfully. They also work hard to make sure that young people transitioning out of foster care have the tools necessary and go on to live meaningful lives.  The Foster Project  engages the community in events and discussions as well as hosts the National Foster Care Awareness Day (GoBlueDay) to promote awareness and education about the challenges associated with the foster care system.

X Hope, Inc. is a love-filled organization with compassionate staff and volunteers, who serve the at-risk youth by advocating for children in foster care and providing education and forever families. Our number one goal is to see every child placed in a forever family. Our mission is to provide the at-risk youth with hope, love, education and a forever family.
