Kelly serves as the Foundation’s Chief Philanthropy Officer. She works with generous local people to inspire charitable giving that strengthens the capital area. Prior to joining the Foundation, Kelly served as Director of Development for Sacramento State University. She holds Kelly a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), a bachelor’s in Human Development from UC Davis, and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University.
