This session will equip you with strategies to assess and stabilize your organization while building resilience and uncovering growth opportunities amidst change. Engage in interactive exercises and discussions to craft actionable plans for immediate and long-term organizational health.

Traci is a seasoned strategic and leadership advisor with over 25 years of experience, collaborating with executives in corporate and nonprofit sectors. Based in Los Angeles and Sacramento, she empowers leaders to enhance decision-making, achieve growth, and create impact. Traci has guided over 10 CEOs through strategic transformations, supported nine mergers, and contributes to Faces Of Tomorrow. As Founding Director of EdForward, she developed programs for educational needs. Traci holds an MBA from USC.
