Prior to joining the Foundation, Kelly served as Director of Development for Sacramento State University. She holds Kelly a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), a bachelor’s in Human Development from UC Davis, and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University.
