FALL SESSIONS

THE DONOR ENGAGEMENT PLAYBOOK

This panel session gives nonprofit leaders a candid look at how donors decide to engage, give, and stay involved over time. Through a moderated panel, participants will hear what signals build trust, what turns donors off, and what makes an ask feel meaningful rather than transactional. The conversation also covers stewardship that donors actually value, including the kinds of thanks and updates that deepen relationships. Leaders will leave with practical language and tactics they can apply immediately to fundraising and donor communications.

METRICS MATTER:

USING KPIs TO TELL YOUR NONPROFIT'S IMPACT STORY

Nonprofit leaders are deeply skilled at focusing on people, mission, and community impact. This session will explore how metrics and key performance indicators can strengthen that work by helping leaders measure, demonstrate, and communicate the difference their organization is making. Participants will learn how to identify meaningful data points, teach their teams to track them consistently, and use metrics to support a clear and compelling impact story for stakeholders, boards, staff, and the communities they serve.
