As a CCA coach, you’ll do more than teach soccer; you’ll mentor refugee girls, helping them grow in character, sportsmanship, and both individual and team skills. Many of these players come from war-torn countries and have experienced deep hardship and loss. Your presence on the field offers far more than a game; it offers hope, consistency, and a sense of belonging. CCA teams are led by coaches who love God and are committed to loving and encouraging each player. You’ll support a head coach in creating a safe, welcoming space where refugee girls can thrive. Cross-cultural training and ongoing support from CCA staff are provided to equip and walk with you every step of the way.
