A Refugee Teen aging out and is transitioning from foster care into independent living. Her new apartment is essentially empty and she does not have the basic household items and furniture needed to make her new place feel like a home. For her, these items help create a safe, comfortable space where she can begin this new chapter of her life and continue building the skills and confidence she needs to live independently.
