Steps to Joining

The Alliance

1.  Appoint a Representative to:

  • Communicate with The Alliance

  • Attend Alliance Events to promote your Business

  • Submit Event and Needs Requests

2.  Agree to financially partner with The Alliance

Professional Membership Dues are on a sliding scale. We also offer a 50% discount to new members on their first year of dues!

  • Support Groups (that are not 501(c)3 organizations)

    • $100/year or $25/quarter ($50 for the first year)​

  • Single Practitioner Organizations

    • $300/year or $25/month ($150 for the first year)

  • Organizations with Multiple Practitioners

    • $600/year or $50/month      ($300 for the first year)

3.  Fill out the following application

  • Once your application has been reviewed, our team will send you a Welcome E-mail explaining how to take advantage of all your Membership Benefits

4.  Finalize your application by submitting Member Dues

  • Payment instructions are included in your Welcome E-mail

Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions to finalize your membership, including a secure link to pay your membership dues.
