Steps to Joining

The Alliance

1. Appoint a Representative to:

Communicate with The Alliance
Attend Alliance Events to promote your Business
Submit Event and Needs Requests

2. Agree to financially partner with The Alliance

Professional Membership Dues are on a sliding scale. We also offer a 50% discount to new members on their first year of dues!

Support Groups (that are not 501(c)3 organizations)
- $100/year or $25/quarter ($50 for the first year)
Single Practitioner Organizations
- $300/year or $25/month ($150 for the first year)
Organizations with Multiple Practitioners
- $600/year or $50/month ($300 for the first year)

3. Fill out the following application

Once your application has been reviewed, our team will send you a Welcome E-mail explaining how to take advantage of all your Membership Benefits

4. Finalize your application by submitting Member Dues

Payment instructions are included in your Welcome E-mail

Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions to finalize your membership, including a secure link to pay your membership dues.

Support Group - $100year (or $25/quarter)

Single Provider - $300year (or $25/month)‎

Group Provider - $600/year (or $50/month)‎

New members will receive a 50% discount on their first year of dues. Payment is due at the time of application acceptance. Instructions on making your first payment will be included in the Welcome E-mail.
